( it's been over a month since Amber's run in with Kabuto and Tsunade was true to her wood when amber leaves a anbu is always with her Amber had put a stop to that by tell tsunade the ANBU need to stay at the village so Kiba or Shino or anyone of friends stays with her today Kabuto will come again.)

Amber: hey Shino I'm going to the sand village i swear to garaa i would go for his birthday and you can't break your word to kazekage.

Shino: fine but I'm coming to.

( Amber rolls her eyes and laughs and take off to the sand village half way Shino need to make a "rest stop" at the brush so Amber goes ahead a bit and sits next to a lake)

Kabuto: well little sister we meet again

Amber ( jumping up trembling): wh..what do want brother i told you I'm going to betray anyone.

Kabuto: I...I i didn't come for that i ( he growls to himself) i have never had family and i want to get to know my little sister i was only acting like i wanted to join the sound but i don't please let me be your br....( he looks up and runs off)

Shino: Amber are you OK!

Amber: yeah he wants to get to know me be my brother Shino can i trust him or will he do to me what he did to naruto.

Shino: i can't tell you i don't have answer for you i'm sorry my sweet butterfly.

( Amber Kisses Shino and they take when they arrive Amber is tackled by a very happy Temari.)

Temari: Amber! you made it!! Gaara is waiting for if we wait any longer he is going to ware a whole in the floor come on!

( they had to sand Sib's house and Amber is greeted by a gaara walking back forth and grumbling and Kabuto siting on the sofa in his boxers)

Amber: Happy Birthday Gaara Kun!!!!

Gaara (smiling) Amber you made it OK no run in's with Kabuto i hope.

Shino: no I'm afraid not we did run into him but it wasn't like be for he told her he wanted to be her brother

Kankuro: that sounds odd wander if you can trust him or not... oh we found out something to day not only is it my little brother's birthday but my adopted little sister's too when where you going to tells us Amber.

Amber: i was going to tell when you put some pants on Kanky.

(Kankuro blushes and runs up to his room and back down this time with pants on)

Amber yes it is my birthday too i just wanted to makes this gaara's day so didn't have to share it.

Gaara: i don't mind shearing this day with you Amber come on let's have our party.

( the party is great cake and ice cream gifts and is going great till a mistory gift is found siting in the liveing room)

Amber: hey you guys who is from ( she picks up the box to find her name on it)

Gaara: you got my gift in there.

Kankuro: same here sweetie mine was in there.

Temari: it isn't mine i gave you mine when i gave Gaara his.

Shino: it could be From Kabuto.

( Gaara using his sand makes the sand eye in the gift)

Gaara: i don't see anything traps or anything like that in there it seems safe.

Kankuro: here let me use Crow to open that he can take the damage.

( Kankuro using crow unwraps the gift only to find a smell gold heart locket necklace and note inside.)

Amber: it is from Kabuto the notes says dear Amber i can only hope you get this gift seeing as i can't giving to you myself with out getting my butt kicked by your bug boy and sand sibs i leave it here for you please keep it it's not a trap or anything like it's just a locket for you. love your big brother Kabuto.

( tears run down Amber's cheeks confusion and anger and love and happiness all running thought her she so unsure what to say or do see looks at her adopted sibs and her boyfriend.)

Temari (hugging her) it's OK Amber it's hard you have a blood related brother but you don't if you can trust him he sands these mixed signs you have to go with you heart honey and if he hurts you i will shove my fan so far up his stupid ass the it will have to surgically removed.

Kankuro: not before i get my hands on his dumb ass he will be sorry he hurt.

Gaara: yes he will he might get a jet of sand up his ass right along with that fan.

Shino: and my bugs will love to eat his chakra.

Amber: thank you guys i will try and talk with him but i will not fully trust him my grad will be up

(she opens the locket it's holds two pics one of her and one of Kabuto she sighs and puts it around her neck she will talk to him just not right not maybe later hopefully he is telling the truth only time will tell.)
